- Full charters and group bookings: Cancellation conditions are discussed separately. Please contact us.
- Changes:
Any changes to confirmed bookings must be sent by email as soon as possible. A response will be provided within 24 hours after processing.

- Only timely submission of all required information for rental equipment (including exact height, weight, and shoe size) guarantees the provision of the equipment to the client.
- Cancellations of equipment rentals must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the rental cost.
- No-show Policy:
Guests who do not board on time, fail to meet their transfer to the yacht, or do not notify Sadko Safari Fleet of any changes to their plans that prevent check-in before departure time will be considered a no-show and subject to the standard cancellation policy.
- Weather Conditions:
If services are canceled due to weather conditions, no refund will be provided. Instead, Sadko Safari Fleet will attempt to offer alternative activities or provide a credit for future trips.
- Travel Restrictions:
If your government issues a travel warning against traveling to Egypt, paid funds will be retained as credit for future bookings without penalties.
General Terms – Safari
- Replacement of Yacht:
In rare cases, if yacht replacement is inevitable, Sadko Safari Fleet reserves the right to transfer you to another yacht with the same or a higher class cabin.
- Diver Certification Requirements:
All guests must be certified Open Water divers or equivalent. It is recommended to have certification at least at the Advanced Open Water level or equivalent, with experience in drift diving. The Advanced Open Water course can be taken on board upon prior agreement during booking.
- Night Dives:
Night dives are allowed at certain dive sites, except for marine reserves or areas where they are prohibited by local rules. However, night dives may be canceled at any dive site if guides deem the conditions (e.g., strong currents) unsafe.
- Safety Equipment:
Each diver must have:
- Dive computer
- Buoy with at least 5 meters of line
- Flashlight for night dives
- Non-diving Guests:
Guests participating in other water activities (e.g., snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding) do so at their own risk. Safety equipment is available upon request, and all activities must be coordinated with the crew beforehand.
- Children:
Children under 15 years of age must be supervised by adults while on board.
- Behavior:
Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests and crew members. Sadko Safari Fleet reserves the right to remove any guests from the tour who display aggressive or antisocial behavior, or who violate direct instructions from the Sadko Safari Fleet staff.
- Photos and Marketing:
Sadko Safari Fleet may use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify us in advance.
- Check Dive:
All divers must complete a check dive on the first day of the safari. This allows our instructors to assess your skills, check your buoyancy, and ensure safe dives.
- Insurance:
Guests are required to have insurance. The insurance should include:
- Diving insurance covering injuries, decompression chamber services, and emergency evacuation.
- Travel insurance covering trip cancellation, lost baggage, and medical expenses.
If you do not arrange diving insurance in advance, it can be purchased on-site (subject to availability). It is recommended to verify this before your trip. Sadko Safari Fleet is not responsible for any losses related to lack of insurance.
- Routes and Dive Sites:
- All routes and dive sites may change due to unpredictable factors such as weather conditions or changes in regulations set by the Egyptian authorities. Sadko Safari Fleet's team makes every effort to ensure access to planned dive sites, but we cannot guarantee specific locations will be visited.
- In case of adverse weather, the captain and guides make the final decision on which dive sites to visit to ensure the safety of guests, crew, and the vessel.
- If the Egyptian government issues a ban on sea outings (e.g., due to weather or other reasons), this may lead to delays in the yacht's departure and the loss of scheduled dives or safari days.
- If dives are canceled or some dive sites are unavailable due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- Alcohol:
Alcohol consumption on board is allowed, but:
- Diving is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol or while hungover.
- Instructors have the right to prohibit any guest from diving if they are deemed unfit for safe diving.
- Guests are advised to consume alcohol in moderate amounts and to respect the comfort and safety of others.
- Guests may bring their own alcohol on board with no restrictions. Additionally, Sadko Safari Fleet offers the option to deliver local beer and wine to the yacht for an extra charge.
- We strongly recommend confirming the required amount of drinks at the time of booking to ensure sufficient supply on board.
- Nitrox:
- Nitrox is available on Sadko Safari Fleet yachts. Filling tanks with Nitrox is included in the safari cost and is available to certified divers (with the appropriate certification).
- In the absence of Nitrox (e.g., due to technical limitations), no compensation will be provided.
- For those without certification, a Nitrox course may be conducted on board. The course is available with prior booking before the safari starts.

- Your Agreement:
By continuing with the booking, you agree to the Terms and Policy of Sadko Safari Fleet.
- If you withdraw your consent later, the agreement will be terminated, and the cancellation policy will apply. Why Consent is Needed:
Sadko Safari Fleet operates in accordance with Egyptian law and local practices, which may differ from those in your country of residence. By accepting these terms, you confirm your agreement to comply with them.
